Government Religious Committee leader attend the funeral held for Most Venerable Thích Giác Nhiên

Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Tấn Hùng led a delegation on August 17 to attend the funeral held for Most Venerable Thích Giác Nhiên in Ho Chi Minh city.
At the funeral ceremony, Vice Chairman Trần Tấn Hùng expressed the deep condolences to all dignitaries and followers of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha upon the death of the Most Venerable.
Most Venerable Thích Giác Nhiên passed away at 22.30 pm on August 3, 2015 at Minh Quang Dang monastery in California, USA at the age of 93.
