Government religious committee joins hand in preventing Covid-19 threats

For implementing directions of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding to strengthen preventions against Covid-19 threats, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) has strengthened preventive measures against the epidemic in its office.  

The GCRA sprayed disinfectants in its office campus on March 08. Previously, hand sanitizer was also provided at the entrance, stairs, elevators and hallways of the office and the waste collection is carried out in accordance with the proposed process for ensuring the hygiene against the epidemic.

On March 10, the GCRA issued Dispath No.162/TGCP-VP for strengthening preventive measures against the epidemic in its office, and, from March 10, the committee has conducted body temperature measurements of all its officials and staff, as well as visitors at the office’s entrance gate.

Besides that, the GCRA Trade Union has instructed the internal kitchen to use 70-degree Ethanol alcohol to clean the kitchen and côking area every day; the GCRA Youth Union has actively participated in online health declaration on the website of General Department of Preventive Medicine under Ministry of Health, as well as guide colleagues and their family members to do the same.
