The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held on November 3 a seminar on the advancement of women employees working for the committee.
The workshop was chaired by Vice Chairman cum Head of the GCRA’s Advancement of Women Board Dương Ngọc Tấn and attended by Vice Chairman Trần Tấn Hùng, Head the Organization and Personnel Department Trần Thị Minh Nga, Deputy Head of the Organization and Personnel Department under the Ministry of Home Affairs Trương Thị Liên, and a large number of the committee’s officials.

Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman Dương Ngọc Tấn praised the role and effort of the committee’s female staffs and laborers and asked for relentless efforts for promoting gender equality in the committee.
Currently, the committee has 140 employees where 69 of them are women, accounting for 49.6%.
