The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) has organized a training for key cadres tasked with belief & religious affairs in provinces and cities in the Southern region.

Vice Chairman of the GCRA Nguyễn Ánh Chức attended the training’s opening ceremony and delivered a speech at the event.
The training covered key contents of the Khmer Theravada Buddhism, Hoa Hao Buddhism, Tu An Hieu Nghia Buddhism, the Buu Son Ky Huong Faith, Vietnam Pure–land Buddhist Association, Islam and Caodaism; professional skills in the communication work and the state management on belief & religion in ethnic minority areas; Party’s views and state’s policies & laws on belief & religion; and experiences in solving practical issues relating belief & religion in the locality.
The training also allowed discussions and exchanges on practical issues in the implementation of the state administration on belief & religion, and a field trip to religious worshipping places in the locality.
The training aims to enhance knowledge on religions, and legal regulations on religion and professional skills in handling situations relating the state administration on belief & religion for cadres tasked with the state administration on belief & religion in the Vietnam South.
