Attending the religious affairs training included Vice Chairmen of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà and Trần Tấn Hùng, large numbers of the GCRA’s officials and staff, as well as several members of the municipal religious committee in Hai Phong.

During the one-day event, Dr. Vice Chairman Bùi Thanh Hà presented topics covering key contents of the Party’s Order No. 18 on the implementation of the Resolution No. 25 on religious affairs, the new law on belief and religions and its guiding decree No. 162.

He also highlighted new contents and most practical issues in the state administration on religion, including the registration of collective religious-practicing places, religion-related land, construction and fund-raising, competent authorities of concerning ministries and central agencies in the state administration on belief practices, etc.
