Attending the ceremony included Chief Executive Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà, Vice Chairman of the GCRA Dương Ngọc Tấn and representatives of the GCRA’s Departments and Divisions, Trade Union, Youth Union and Veterans Association.

Mrs. Vũ Thị Quế has dedicated her 37 years of work to the cause of the State administration, including the State management on religious affairs. She had held many positions, such as Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council in Ninh Binh province’s Kim Son district, Vice Chairman of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization and Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs in Ninh Binh province, and Director of the Department of Catholic Affairs under the GCRA.

During the event, upon handing over the Second-class Labor Medal of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Vice Chairman Bùi Thanh Hà highly praised Mrs. Vũ Thị Quế for her contributions to the State governance on religious affairs in general and the Catholic affairs in particular.
