Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Dương Ngọc Tấn led a delegation to Phat Diem diocese cathedral on December 23 on occasion of Christmas 2017.
Bishop of Phat Diem diocese Joseph Nguyễn Năng welcomed the delegation.
During the visiting reception, Vice Chairman Dương Ngọc Tấn took the chance to extend best wishes and merry Christmas to all dignitaries and followers in the province. He also expressed hope that Bishop Joseph Nguyễn Năng and priests in the diocese would continue encouraging followers to actively join in patriotic movements launched by local authorities.
