Government Religious Committee Chairman attends signing ceremony on housing program in Ho Chi Minh city

Deputy Minister of the Home Affairs Ministry cum Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Phạm Dũng attended the signing ceremony of a housing program for Ho Chi Minh city’ teachers, officials and employees in training and education sector held on September 9.
This is a coordination program between the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam in HCMC.
Attending the ceremony also included Vice Chairman of the Central Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Lê Bá Trình, Knight of the Grand Cross Lê Đức Thịnh and representatives of department and agencies of Education, priests and local people in HCMC.
The housing program is designed to help people with low incomes, giving a special priority to teachers and officials in Education-Training sector, including many Catholics and Buddhists.
