According to the final report, the project has comprehensively reflected the current situation of state religious affairs regarding personnel from central to local levels, pointed out limitations, causes and solutions for improving the quality and effectiveness of officials working on state religious affairs in the current political system.

The meeting highly valued efforts by the Department of Organization and Personnel and the project Management Board in the meticulous and detailed implementation of the project. This project has both theoretical and practical values and can be served as useful references for the state agencies in proposing to the Party and State on the model and organizational structure of personnel working on state religious affairs in the future.
