Government religious committee appraises final draft of training document on religious affairs

The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held on December 29 a meeting to evaluate the final draft of training materials on religion and religious affairs.
The event was chaired by Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà and attended by members of the appraisal council and representatives from the GCRA’s departments.
The final draft of training document included 14 chapters on guidelines and policies of the Party and State on belief and religion, the state administration on belief and religious activities, the mobilization work toward religious dignitaries, deacons and followers, the state administration on Buddhism, Catholicism, Protestantism and other religions, belief and new religious phenomena etc.
