Mr. Phạm Dũng, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Chairman of the GCRA, Head of the Steering Committee for State Administrative Reform of the GCRA chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyễn Khắc Huy, Director of Department of Legislation and Inspection, Deputy Head of the ISO Steering Committee of the GCRA announced the Decision on issuance of the documentation system for quality management according to ISO 9001 – 2008 of the GCRA

Mr. Bùi Thanh Hà, Vice-Chairman of the GCRA, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for State Administrative Reform of the GCRA said that the GCRA will organize ISO training for civil servants and employees of the Committee

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Phạm Dũng Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Chairman of the GCRA, Head of the Steering Committee for State Administrative Reform of the GCRA stated that the promulgating and implementing of the documentation system for  quality management according to ISO 9001: 2008 is one of key tasks of the GCRA in 2014 and early 2015. He stressed that the quality management system have to ensure good operation in order to better meet the needs of religious individuals and organizations, contributing to the effective implementation of administrative reforms by the State, Ministry of Home Affairs and the GCRA.
