Government Committee for Religious Affairs introduces Constitution to religious dignitaries

Attending the event were nearly 100 dignitaries and monks who represented religions operating in Vietnam. The meeting introduced the full text of the 2013 revised Constitution, which took effect on January 1, 2014, as well as its basic new contents.
The dignitaries and monks highly valued the important new contents of the 2013 Constitution, which they said promote citizens’ right to democracy and give prominence to the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations, strata of people and religions in the course of national construction, defence and development in the current period.
