On November 17, Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Trần Tấn Hùng led a delegation to visit and meet with the Standing Committee of Tay Ninh Caodai Church.
The delegation including representatives from the Central Party Commission for Mass Mobilization, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and Tay Ninh province Committee for Religious Affiars was welcomed by Cardinal President of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Executive Council Thượng Tám Thanh.
During the welcoming reception, Cardinal President of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Executive Council Thượng Tám Thanh exchanged with the guests the upcoming general congress of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church.
Speaking with the host, Vice Chairman Trần Tấn Hùng stated that the GCRA with closely work with central departments and agencies as well as Tay Ninh provincial authorities to help ensure the success of the church’s congress.
