The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) opened a training course for updating religious information and disseminating the new Law on Belief and Religion on April 25 in Kien Giang province.
Attending the training’s opening ceremony were Chief Executive Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà and over 300 participants of the course who are officials of concerning-provincial departments and districts from provinces and cities across country.

The course, held until April 28, focuses new contents of the Law on belief and religion passed in November last year and updated information on the religious life in the country and the State’s policies on belief and religion.
This is the second out of five training courses approved by the GCRA for training local officials in 2017
