On August 4, Vice Chairman of Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Dương Ngọc Tấn received a delegation from the Spiritual Council of the Vietnam Baha'i Community led by Chairman Nguyễn Thức.
Speaking at the welcoming reception, Vice Chairman Dương Ngọc Tấn praised the community’s contributions over the past years. He also congratulated the Vietnam Baha’i community on the 10th successful national congress and called on the Spiritual Council to continue encouraging followers of Baha’i faith in Vietnam to actively join in patriotic movements, contributing to the development of the country.
While extending best wishes to leaders and officials of the GCRA on the 62nd founding anniversary of the state governance on religion, Chairman Nguyễn Thức shared with the host religious activities of the Council over the past years. He also took the chance to thank the GCRA for its support extended to religious practices of the Vietnam Baha’i community over the past years.
