Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Vũ Hoài Bắc visited the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (South) on December 15 in Ho Chi Minh city, ahead of Christmas 2022.

The GCRA leader accompanied by Director of the Protestant Affairs Department under the GCRA Thiều Thị Hương was welcomed by Pastor President of the ECVN (South) Thái Phước Trường.
During the visit reception, while extending merry Christmas celebrations to all leaders and members of the Evangelical Church, Chairman Vũ Hoài Bắc congratulated the (ECVN) (South) on the success of its 48th General Assembly and the 10th General Assembly of pastors.
The Chairman also spoke highly of practical contributions made by the Church through social and humanitarian activities and expressed hope that the ECVN would continue promoting its fine traditional values and contributing to the socio-economic development in the country.
