On April 13-14, Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Trần Tấn Hùng led a delegation to visit Protestant Churches in Ho Chi Minh city on occasion of Easter celebration 2017.
The delegation visited the Vietnam Baptist Church, Vietnam Mennonite Church, Vietnam Presbyterian Church, Vietnam Christian Fellowship Church, Vietnam Adventist Church and Vietnam Assemblies of God.
During the visiting receptions joint by Acting Director of the GCRA’s Protestant Affairs Department Thiều Thị Hương, Vice Chairman Trần Tấn Hùng extended Easter greetings to Protestant dignitaries, deacons and followers. He also expressed hope that the Protestants would continue promoting fine traditions for socio-economic development in the country.
