GCRA leader extends congratulation to New Auxiliary Bishop of Ho Chi Minh City Archdiocese

On August 3, a delegation of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs led by Vice Chairman Dương Ngọc Tấn visited the Ho Chi Minh City Archdiocese on occasion of Vatican’s appointment of the Archdiocese’s new Auxiliary Bishop.

During the visit, the delegation expressed congratulation to the Ho Chi Minh City Archdiocese and presented congratulatory flowers to new Auxiliary Bishop Đỗ Mạnh Hùng.

Bishop Đỗ Mạnh Hùng was born on Sept. 15, 1957 in Ho Chi Minh City and officially appointed as the new Auxiliary Bishop of Ho Chi Minh City’s Archdiocese on June 25, 2016.
