Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Vũ Hoài Bắc attended on January 7 a ceremony celebrating the 100th founding anniversary of Minh Ly Faith.

The event took place at Tam Tong Temple located in Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC)’s District 3.
Speaking at the event, while extending congratulations to all members of the Minh Ly Church on the 100th founding anniversary of the faith, Chairman Vũ Hoài Bắc praised achievements and social contributions of the Minh Ly Faith over the past years.
The GCRA leader also asked dignitaries and lay followers of the minh Ly church to continue upholding its fine traditions and practical contributing to build a prosperous and civilized country of Vietnam.
On the occasion, the GCRA leader presented certificates of recommendation to the Minh Ly Church Council and four dignitaries of the church for their outstanding contributions to social charities in 2018-2023 tenure.
Minh Ly Faith was an endogenous religion established in 1924, and officially recognized as a religious organization by the GCRA in 2008.
