The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held on December 29 a meeting for reviewing its performances and party works in 2022 and mapping out working plans in 2023.

The event saw the participation of Chairman of GCRA Vũ Hoài Bắc, Vice Chairpersons Trần Thị Minh Nga, Nguyễn Ánh Chức and Nguyễn Tiến Trọng and all officials and staffs of the GCRA.

As reported at the event, in 2022, the GCRA successfully completed its tasks assigned in fields of consolidating the working apparatus, drafting, policies and laws on belief and religion; propagating and disseminating the Party and the State’s guidelines and policies on belief and religion; implementing the policies and laws on belief and religion, etc.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Vũ Chiến Thắng praised efforts and achievements of the GCRA in the state administration on belief and religion in 2022.
On the occasion, Vice Chairman of the GCRA Trần Thị Minh Nga has been presented with the State President's second-class Labor Medal; the GCRA and several of its cadres have been awarded with certificates of commendation from the Prime Minister; and several GCRA’s divisions and individuals have received certificates of commendation of Minister of Home Affairs and Chairman of the GCRA for their outstanding contributions in the state governance on belief and religion.
