The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held on July 16 a training on the reception of citizens and handling of complaints and denunciation for GCRA’s officials and staff.
The training was chaired by Vice Chairman of the GCRA Nguyễn Ánh Chức, and joint by representatives of GCRA’s departments and divisions.
The event aimed at providing professional skills in handling complaints, denunciation from citizens and religious organizations for GCRA’s officials and staff.

During the training, GCRA’ officials and staff were introduced with contents on new provisions of the Law on Reception of Citizens 2013; professional skills in receiving citizens and classifying letters of denunciation; procedures on receiving and handling letters of denunciation; coordination between GCRA’s departments on practical issues relating the citizen reception and complaints and denunciation with complicated contents.
