The Government Committee for Religious Affairs held on October 6 a seminar for gathering comments on the set of administration procedures stipulated in the new Law on Belief and Religion.
The workshop was chaired by Vice Chairman Dương Ngọc Tấn and attended by representatives from GCRA’s departments.
During the event, seminar participants raised comments on samples of application, declaration and reply forms of administrative procedures of the law on belief and religion. The final proposed set of administrative procedures in the field of the state administration on belief and religion will be attached to the appendix of the draft decree detailing and providing measures for the implementation of Law on Belief and Religion.
Addressing the seminar, Vice Chairman Dương Ngọc Tấn urged the drafting board of the draft decree to complete the administrative procedures set on belief and religion based on comments gathered at the seminar, before summiting to the Minister of Home Affairs for consideration.
