The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA)’s Trade Union held on March 8 a gathering on occasion of the 11th anniversary of International Women’ Day and the 1981st anniversary of Hai Ba Trung uprising.
Attending the event included Vice Chairpersons of the GCRA Trần Thị Minh Nga, Nguyễn Ánh Chức and Nguyễn Tiến Trọng, Head of the GCRA’s Trade Union Trần Thị Minh Thu, and the GCRA’s female staff.
During the meeting, Vice Chairwoman Nguyễn Tiến Trọng presented the flower bouquet of the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vũ Chiến Thắng to the GCRA’s female employees.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ánh Chức emphasized important roles and great contributions in building glorious traditions of the nation by Vietnamese women, whom having been praised by President Hồ Chí Minh as “heroic, indomitable, faithful, humane and responsible”.
Continuing the tradition of Vietnamese women, the GCRA’s female staff have well strived for fulfilling tasks of the state management on belief and religion and practically engaged in social activities and patriotic emulation movements, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ánh Chức said.
On behalf of the GCRA’s leadership board, Chairman Nguyễn Ánh Chức extended wishes of happiness and success to all the GCRA’s female officials and employees on occasion of International Women’ Day 2021.
