On April 15, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held a conference on the complaints and denunciations laws for its officials and staff.
Attending the conference included Chief Executive Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà, Vice Chairman of the GCRA Dương Ngọc Tấn and Director of the Government Inspectorate’s Legal Department Nguyễn Văn Kim.

At the conference, Director Nguyễn Văn Kim shared with the GCRA basic contents of the laws on complaints and denunciations, including fundamental principles for complaints and denunciations, rights and obligations of the complainants and the complained and responsibility of the competent authorities.

During the event, Director of the GCRA’s Department of Legislation and Inspection Nguyễn Khắc Huy also informed situation relating complaints and denunciations the GCRA has received for the first four months of 2016.
