On Dec. 15, a delegation from the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) paid a Christmas visit to the Vietnam Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) in Hanoi.
The delegation was led by Acting Director of Protestant Affairs Department under the GCRA Thiều Thị Hương.
Chairman Hoàng Văn Tùng and members of the LDS Church’s Representative Committee welcomed the GCRA’s delegation.
At the reception, Acting Director Thiều Thị Hương extended a merry and happy Christmas to the Church’s dignitaries and followers.
Chairman Hoàng Văn Tùng took the chance to share with the guests the Church’s Christmas 2016 celebration and the free English teaching program for students and pupils over the past year.
