GCRA Chairman urges departments to effectively implement administrative procedure reforms on religion

The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) issued on October 6 a documentary guiding the GCRA’s concerning departments and units implement the task of administration procedures reform in the field of religion.
According to the document signed by the GCRA Chairman, the GCRA’s Department of Legislation and Inspection is held accountable to actively advise the GCR to effectively implement the Decree No. 92/2017/ND-CP dated August 07, 2017 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the decree concerning control of administrative procedures.
The GCRA’s Organization and Personnel Department in coordination with the GCRA’s Office regularly supervises the administrative disciplines in departments and units, and promptly advise the GCRA leaders for commending collectives and individuals in implementing of administrative procedures.
The Information Center and Religious Affairs Magazine under the GCRA are to further promote communication on the administrative procedure reform, including introducing results of simplification of administrative procedures, commendation of typical models and individuals in implementing administrative procedures. The Information Center in collaboration with the GCRA’s departments regularly updates results of the administrative procedure reform on the GCRA’s website.
The GCRA’s Office strictly is tasked with the implementation of One Stop Shop and inter-level One Stop Shop mechanism in executing administrative procedures.
All other GCRA’s departments and units are to regularly review and simplify administrative procedures in the field of religion.
