GCRA appraises project on implementation of administrative procedures in religious affairs sector

The Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) held on December 22 a meeting to evaluate the final report of an applied project on the implementation of administrative procedures for improving efficiency of the state administration on belief and religion. 

The event was chaired by Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà and attended by representatives from the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Home Affairs and the GCRA’s departments.

During the meeting, Deputy Director of Legislation and Inspection Department Nguyễn Thị Định briefed about results of the project aimed to improving the state administration on belief and religion through the implementation of administrative procedures.

The products of the applied project included the project report, theses and a set of administrative procedures in the field of belief and religion to be attached to the draft decree guiding the implementation of Law on Belief and Religion to be approved by the government.

During the event, members of the appraisal council highly appreciated the practical values of the project and gave further comments to several specific contents of the project.
