The ceremony was chaired by Deputy Minister of Ministry for Home Affairs in charge of the GCRA Vũ Chiến Thắng, and attended by the GCRA Vice Chairwoman Trần Thị Minh Nga and Vice Chairman Nguyễn Tiến Trọng, and representatives of the GCRA’s divisions.

During the event, Deputy Minister Vũ Chiến Thắng presented appointment decisions promoting Deputy Director of the GCRA’s Caodai Affairs Department Nguyễn Phong Thịnh to the new Director of the GCRA’s International Relation Department, Mr. Đào Huy Cường to the new Deputy Director of the  GCRA’s Buddhist Affairs Department, Mr.  Nguyễn Hồng Điệp to the new Deputy Director of the GCRA’s Belief and Other Religions Affairs Department, and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Religious Affairs Magazine Dương Thị Thúy Thịnh to the new Editor-in-Chief.
