Delegation of Home Affairs Ministry and Government Religious Committee pays tribute to Most Venerable Thích Thanh Đàm

Accompanying the deputy minister included Vice Chairwoman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Trần Thị Minh Nga, Chief of the Home Affairs Ministry’s Party Office Nguyễn Ngọc Hưng, Director of the GCRA’s International Relation Department Nguyễn Phong Thịnh and Director of the GCRA’s Buddhist Affairs Department Lê Minh Khánh.

During the visit, Deputy Minister Vũ Chiến Thắng laid a wreath and offered incense to the late Most Venerable Deputy Patriarch of the VBS.

As reported, a memorial service dedicating to late Most Venerable Thích Thanh Đàm was organized at 7h30 a.m. of January 21.

On the same day, the deputy minister visited and offered incense to late State President Trần Đại Quang in Kim Son district’s Quang Thien commune of the province.
