Tien Giang province reviews five-year implementation of coordination program on religious policies and laws

Tien Giang provincial Department of Home Affairs in collaboration with the provincial Farmers Association held on December 13 a conference to review its five-year implementation of a coordination program for disseminating the State’s guidelines and policies to religious farmers in the period of 2012-2016.
Attending the conference included Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Home Affairs Nguyễn Quốc Thắng, Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Văn Khuê, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam’s Farmers Association in Tien Giang province Nguyễn Thị Hồng Phượng and representatives of the home affairs division and farmers association from 11 cities, districts and towns in the province.
During the conference, participating delegates discussed results and remaining issues in implementing the coordination program in the last five years, as well as put forward proposals for their coordination in the next five years (2017 - 2021).
