Tien Giang provincial Committee for Religious Affairs in collaboration with the provincial Political College held the opening ceremony on November 9 for the religious training course 2015 for commune-level officials.
Attending the course’s opening ceremony included Vice Chairman of Home Affairs Department Nguyễn Quốc Thắng and about 200 participants who are officials working on religious affairs from communes and wards in the locality.
During three days of the training course, the participants learnt the State’s policies and laws on belief and religion, overview of Buddhism, Catholicism, Protestantism, Caodaism, Hoa Hoa Buddhism, and the state administration on religious affairs of these religions.
