Attending the ceremony were Most Venerable Thích Tịnh Thành, Chief of the Office of the VBS Legal Committee, Most Venerable Thích Tịnh Khai, member of the  Discernment Council; Most Venerable Thích Thông Nghiêm, member of the VBS Executive Committee cum Chairman of the provincial Executive Committee; and Buddhist dignitaries from pagodas, monasteries, worshipping places and Buddhists inside and outside the province.

Guests attending the ceremony included Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Thu Thủy, Chairman of the Tay Ninh provincial People’s Committee; and representatives of the provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization, the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the provincial Committee’s Commission for Religious Affairs and local authorities from Ninh Son ward, Tay Ninh provincial city.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Board announced the decision to reappoint the Management Board for 2012-2017 term and appointed 19 new dignitaries to take charge of 8 pagodas in Tay Ninh Nui Ba pagodas complex.
