According to the plan, the provincial department will focus on inspecting the legality and contents of festivals, and measures to ensure public securities, fire protection, food safety and environmental sanitation.

For cultural activities and services on culture, sports and tourism, the provincial department will focus on inspection of art performances, traditional sports, accommodation, transportation and other services.
