Chairwoman of Soc Trang provincial Committee for Mass Mobilization Hồ Thị Cẩm Đào paid visits on May 16 to pagodas of Dai Giac, Vinh Hung and Huong Son on occasion of the Buddha’s Birthday 2019.
During visits, Chairwoman Hồ Thị Cẩm Đào conveyed best wishes of provincial authorities to Buddhist followers in the province on occasion of the Buddha’s Birthday 2019.
She also took the chance to praise practical contributions in the locality by local Buddhists over the past years.
Chairwoman Đào expressed hope that Buddhist dignitaries and followers would continue joining movements launched by local authorities for social development in the province.
