The event was held by Quang Binh provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and attended by members of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Executive Board and the Committee for Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics in Quang Binh province, dignitaries and typical individuals of religious organizations in the locality.

During the event, Senior Lecturer of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Prof. Dr. Hoàng Chí Bảo delivered presentations on the core content of President Ho Chi Minh's ideologies, ethics, and style. The conference aimed to enhance understanding about President Hồ Chí Minh’s thought for key religious personnel so they can better encourage local religious believers to well observe policies and laws of the Party and State, and for the practice of “good life, good religion”.
