On November 16, Tien Giang provincial authorities in collaboration with the Steering Committee for Southwestern Region held an online meeting on the history of Vietnam’s Southern region for key ethnic and religious people in the province.
Attending the event includes Vice Chairman of the Southwestern Steering Committee Trần Minh Thống, local authorities’ representatives and 120 ethnic and religious delegates.
During the meeting, Dr. historian Nguyễn Khắc Thuần briefed the history of Vietnam’s Southern land, contributing to enhance understanding of historical issues relating the Vietnam’s Southern land.
