The event was held by Ninh Binh provincial People’s Committee with the participation of Colonel General Minister of Public Security Tô Lâm, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyễn Thị Thanh and representatives from Vietnam Fatherland Front’s Central Committee and the Government Committee for Religious Affairs.

While reviewing the one-year implementation of the movement “Safe residential quarters and hamlets” for ensuring public security and order in the province, the conference praised religious organizations in the locality for developing effective models, such as "Exquisite and progressive temples" in Gia Vien district and "Peaceful parishes" in district of Kim Son, practically contributing to local economic and social development and new rural construction.
