Quang Binh provincial Committee for Religious Affairs held a meeting on January 5 to review its performance in 2016.
The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Đậu Đình Minh.
According to the final report on the religious affairs 2016, for the past year, the State administration on religion in the province has been well implemented; local authorities created favorable conditions for religious organizations to hold important religious events, including Christmas Festival and Vesak Festival, etc.
As approved at the meeting, the working plan for 2017 in the province will focus on key tasks creating conditions for practices of religious dignitaries and followers and timely addressing issues related to religion in the locality.
