Attending the conference were 300 key leaders tasked with the religious affairs from concerning provincial departments and agencies, and district and commune – level authorities in the province.

During the one-day event, Dr. Bùi Thanh Hà, Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs, introduced the current religious life in the country and practical issues in the state administration on religion. The official also delivered presentations on Law on Belief and Religion 2016 and its guiding Decree 162, as well as key contents of religion-related legal regulations on land and construction.

The training participants also had a chance to learn about the regulation issued by the provincial government for the implementation of the new belief and religion law in Ha Nam.
