Accordingly, from 2017 to 2020, 100% of cadres and civil servants working on state religious affairs at the provincial, district and commune levels shall be trained in such a way ensuring a system of cadres and civil servants with sufficient knowledge, qualifications, professional capacity and skills in the field of state religious affairs in the province.

As part of the plan, those cadres and civil servants working on state religious affairs shall come from sectors on construction, natural resources and environment, culture and sports; social organizations for women, youth and farmers affairs; officials working on state religious affairs in the police and army; heads of commune-level authorities in charge of religious affairs.

The training contents will cover basic knowledge and profession on the state governance on religious affairs; the Party’s guidelines and the state’s policies on religious affairs, legal documents related to religious affairs and practical skills for handling cases relation religion in the locality.

According to the plan, two training courses will be held this year, and three courses will be organized each year from 2018 to 2020.
