Tay Ninh provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Tay Ninh provincial Committee for Religious Affairs in collaboration with Tay Ninh provincial Military Command held on August 30 a meeting to inform present situation of the homeland's sea and islands for all Caodai Tay Ninh Church’s dignitaries.
Attending the event included Cardinal Chairman of the Excutive Committee of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church Thượng Tám Thanh and over 700 dignitaries of the church from 38 provinces and cities across the country.
Lieutenant General Political Commissar of the 7th Military Region of Vietnam People's Army Phạm Văn Dỹ, Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Phan Văn Thái and Chairman of Tay Ninh's Committee for Religious Affairs Võ Thành Công were amongst authorities’s representatives at the meeting.
During the meeting, Lieutenant General Phạm Văn Dỹ provided updated information regarding the homeland's sea and islands in order to enhance knowledge of the country's history and current situation of the sea and islands for followers of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church.
