On occasion of Easter celebration 2017, Director of Home Affairs Department in Tien Giang province Võ Tấn Hiền led a delegation to visit Catholic and Protestant establishments in the locality on April 11.
The delegation met with Priest Head of Tien Giang provincial Committee for Catholic Solidarity cum head of Cho Cu parish Joseph Phạm Thanh Minh, and Pastor Member of the Representative Committee under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (Southern) in the province Phạm Thanh Loan, who is also Superintendent of My Tho Protestant Church.
At visiting places, Director of Home Affairs Võ Tấn Hiền extended Easter wishes to Catholics and Protestants in the locality. He also urged local Christians to actively join in local movements for socio-economic development in the locality.
