Leader of Religious Committee in Quang Binh joins the funeral for priest of Dong Trooc Parish

Vice Chairman of Quang Binh provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Tô Ngọc Hồng led a delegation on January 03 to attend the funeral held for Priest Nguyễn Văn Đoàn in Dong Trooc Parish’s church in Bo Trach district.

Priest Nguyễn Văn Đoàn died on January 01 at the age of 81 due to old age and poor health. He was born on Jun 12, 1937 in Hung Chau commune, Nghe An province’s Hung Nguyen district. He was ordained as a priest in 1967 and took part in pastoral services in some parishes in Quang Binh province until 2013.
At the funeral ceremony, Vice Chairman Tô Ngọc Hồng expressed deep condolences to his family and followers in the parish upon the death of the priest.
