The Justice Board under Tien Giang province’s Home Affairs Department in collaboration with the provincial legal education and dissemination council held a meeting for dissemination of the Law on Belief and Religion to its staff on February 28.
Attending the meeting were Head of the provincial Home Affairs Department Võ Tấn Hiền and 75 officials and employees working in the department.
During the event, new contents of the Law on Belief and Religion were represented and discussed including the right of freedom on belief and religion, registration of religious activities, recognition of religious organizations, religious activities by foreigners in Vietnam, etc.
