On November 24, Hanoi city’s Youth Union held a meeting with religious dignitaries and religious youth in 2015.
This is part of a program of activities by the Youth Union Central Committee to celebrate the 85th anniversary traditional day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee (November 18, 2930).
Attending the event included the Youth Union Central Committee Secretary cum Chairman of Vietnam Youth Federation Nguyễn Phi Long, Chairman of Hanoi city’s Committee for Religious Affairs Lê Văn Cửu, Chairman of Hanoi city’s Youth Union Nguyễn Ngọc Việt.

Speaking at the event, Member of Youth Union Central Committee’s Executive Committee cum Chairman of Hanoi city’s Youth Union Nguyễn Ngọc Việt spoke highly of roles and contributions of religious youth in implementing the Youth Union’s movements and social activities.
25 religious youth honored at event
During the meeting, Venerable Thích Đạo Thịnh, Member of Hanoi city’s Vietnam Buddhist Sangha cum Abbot of Tan Vien pagoda in Ba Vi district shared a topic on promotion of the strength of the great all-nation unity bloc in the new context, and Mr. Nguyễn Văn Biên, representing religious youth in Thanh Oai district’s Bich Hoa commune delivered a presentation of exchange.
At the event, the Youth Union Central Committee in the city presented a certificate of merit to 25 religious youth for their outstanding achievements in 2015.
