On behalf of the city’s Public Security, Deputy Director of the city’s Public Security Bạch Thành Định extended Christmas greetings to Priest Nguyễn Ngọc Châu, Catholic followers of Ham Long parish, as well as Auxiliary Bishop Director Chu Văn Minh, priests, seminaries, clergymen and clergywomen of the St. Joseph's Seminary.

Brigadier general Bạch Thành Định spoke highly of contributions made by Catholics in the cause of building and defending the country.
