Ha Giang province: Provincial advisory councils on democracy-law and ethnicity-religion established

Ha Giang province Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) announced the establishment of the Democracy and Law Advisory Council and the Ethnicity and Religion Advisory Council under the Committee at a meeting held on April 20.
Attending the meeting included Chairman of the provincial VFF Committee Bùi Đức Vinh and local authorities’ representatives.
The Advisory Council on democracy and law consisted of 11 members assigned with responsibilities for research, consultation, providing suggestions to the provincial VFF in formulating policies and laws, and giving advice on monitoring activities of the VFF for the State activities...
Meanwhile, the seven-member Advisory Council on ethnicity and religion would function as a consultative body on monitoring the implementation of the Party’s guidelines and State’ policies and laws on ethnicity and religion./.
