On October 17th, 2014 at Tre Xanh Plaza Hotel (Pleiku city, Gia Lai), the Gia Lai the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs in collaboration with the Government Committee for Religious Affairs held a workshop for dissemination of State’s law on belief and religion to dignitaries in the locality.
Over 150 dignitaries of Catholicism, Buddhism, Protestantism and Caodaism in the locality attended the workshop.
At the workshop, delegates learnt policies and laws of the State on belief and religion presented by Mr. Nguyễn Khắc Huy, Director of Department of Legislation and Inspection under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs and representing leaders from the provincial for Religious Affairs including Decree No. 92/2012/ND-CP dated 11/8/2012 of the Government detailing and providing measures for implementation of the Ordinance on Belief and Religion, Circular No.01/2013/TT-BNV dated March 25th, 2013 of Ministry of Home Affairs on issuing and guiding the use of forms of administrative procedures in the field of belief and religion and Joint Circular No. 04/2014/TTLT-BVHTTDL-BNV dated May 30th, 2014 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Ministry of Home Affairs on making civilized life styles in belief – related and religious establishments.
