The Government Committee for Religious Affairs in collaboration with Hai Phong city People’s Committee held on July 24-25 a conference in the city for dissemination of religious laws to dignitaries and deacons of religious organizations from the Northern region.
The opening ceremony of the event saw the participation of Executive Vice Chairman of the GCRA Bùi Thanh Hà, Vice Chairman of the city People’s Committee Lê Khắc Nam and over 200 participating dignitaries and deacons from 26 Northern provinces and cities.

The two-day event focused on key contents of State’s policies on belief and religion, religion-related laws and issues as well as the new Law on Belief and Religion passed by the Vietnam National Assembly in November last year.
