Attending the event included representatives of the provincial Public Security and Religious Affairs Committee, a large number of lawyers, religious dignitaries and deacons, and members of the provincial VFF Committee’s Board on Social Criticism.

The conference participants contributed additional comments to the draft Law on Belief and Religion’s provisions on rights, obligations and responsibilities when conducting religious activities, prohibited acts in religious activities, registration for religious activities, and addressing of violations in the field of belief and religion.
